Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail service within 3 business days.  Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery with tracking.

International orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail service within 3 business days.  Priority shipping for international orders take 7-10 days with tracking.

 

Any lost packages or orders will not be refunded. I am not responsible for lost packages.

 

Lost packages are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your product feel free to contact customer service prior to shipping back item. Item must be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt. Item must be in its original condition or refund will not be issued. Once item has been inspected you will receive a refund. Please be advise that shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Sales and Custom Orders:

All sales items are final and can not be return.  Custom work may take up to 2 weeks to design, depends on the complexity of the work. Please be advised that custom work is non-refundable.
